When Ian say to Nick: How many Sarahs do you think are in this island??
They use the same joke when Jocinda say to KC: How many Brians do you think are in the Moon??

The weird thing is, I just now watched Moonfall on tv, IMMEDIATELY preceded by The Lost World. So I had seen that joke so recently at first I thought they were repeating a joke from earlier in the same film until I realized it came from an entirely different one.
