Season 2 any better?

We've only seen 2 episodes, so it's too early to tell of its quality. Wait until it's over before asking again.

I quite hate it. The first two eps haven't been very good. Both comedy and adventure are down and the episodes have been largely soap opera-ish. Production wise, top shelf. This feels like a real working starship. I'm not excited for next week like I was last season. Palicki looks terrific. She's been working out or something. Not enjoying Bortis at all. The focus on his problems are tedious to say the least.
