Its seems like the kind of film that will win a lot. I skipped forward through most of it cause its not my cup of tea but that doesnt mean I didnt appreciate the excellent performances, direction and editing etc. what say you?

It will get Academy Award noms for:

Best Direction
Best Leading Role Male
Best Leading Role Female
Best Make Up
at least.
may be also Cinematography, Kostumes and Editing

Best Achievement in Makeup and Hairstyling (Check!)
Best Sound (-)
Best Motion Picture of the Year (-hm so no direction Nom!)
Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role (Check!)
Best Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role (Check!)
Best Original Screenplay (-)
Best Achievement in Cinematography (check!)

Good calls on your part. Direction seems to be a hard snub that I do think It should have gotten.

Oppenheimer is getting all the buzz, and the Academy Insider's are probably gonna give the indigenous actress the best supporting actress statue to makeup for their love fest for Oppy.
