Fast X has to get rid of one character for Momoa’s villain to work

I have a feeling Momoa will join Dom's team. Plus I don't know about Cipher. She was wasted in 9. They didn't do jack with her in 9. I will be shocked if Momoa doesn't join Dom's team in the end since Dom already converted Hobbs, the Shaw brothers, and Cena (although I don't think he really counts since he is Dom's brother, plus there was the whole relationship between Cena and Mia (Cena still cared about his little sister, and Mia knew there was still good in him and that she could probably bring him back). But I want Cipher to remain the main villain for 10 and 11 aka 10 Part 1 and 10 Part 2. It would be nice to see Momoa betray Cipher and then Cipher recruits Carter Verone. Would be nice to see Carter Verone return and get some follow-up to telling Roman "I'll see you soon" at the end of 2 Fast 2 Furious. Verone could even dick with Tej in a way. Verone and Tej never really met or had any onscreen moments, but there is some kind of history between the two since Tej did assist Brian and Roman in 2 to take him down. But yeah. I'd just like them to stick with Cipher as the main baddie for the last few movies. Plus something tells me Momoa will join Dom's team. He is too big of a name to keep a villain. Plus with The Rock/Hobbs not coming back, they'll need a Hobbs replacement. So Momoa could take that spot. I'll be shocked though if Momoa remains a villain and/or dies at the end.
