Cipher is the best villain in the series

Nevermind that she is portrayed by the amazing Charlize Theron but it is also great how she is not just another "equal" to Dom but is rather a mastermind who ploys and manipulates to achieve her goal. She doesn't directly fights nor race but stays behind the scenes executing her plot. She is a great contrast and foil to the team. Looking forward to her causing trouble again on the next one.
