The short BTK openers every episode

Whats up with that? we'll have an opening of him just walking down a sidewalk and getting into his van and thats it, i just find those scenes so annoying. Why for 2 seasons straight now have they teased him? is it ever gonna lead to anything?

I know BTK is one of the more famous serial killers but do we really need two straight seasons just teasing him? When i saw the trailer for season 2 i was thinking "Ok BTK seems to be on their radar lets finally get into this" but no, just more short openings of him doing random things and never going back to them, and then the entire season is focused on the Atlanta child murders.

We'll be lucky if there's even a season 3, much less anything pertaining to the opening.

It the same formula that was used in the first 3 seasons of Better Call Saul. I don't have a problem with it. It's like a sub-plot that we discover slowly and it gives something extra to think and speculate about.

They didn't catch BTK until 2005, and this show is in the 70's. AND... the show is probably done. I don't know what they were expecting to do when they showed those teasing shots.
