if you like stories about people who won't leave you'll like "Neighbors" (the book by Thomas Berger is worth hunting down as well).

Yeah it was kind of like Neighbors but the director of this movie says that the movie is an allegory for the book of genesis. Ironically the movie resembles Neighbors more than it does the book of genesis.
Btw Neighbors is a better movie than this one.

If you like the movie "Neighbors" you'll love the book (though the ending is considerably darker).

I did like Neighbors (the 80s version) even though most people didn't. Thanks for the recommendation. I'm always looking for good books to read.

Thomas Berger's "Little Big Man" is great too.
