How would you improve this movie?

For me:

Kate and Meg would have an even closer friendship at the start.

No lame jokes (belching, the bathroom scene, etc.)

Make the one-upping crazier, more vicious.

Actual nudity in the scenes that should've had nudity.

A fantasy sequence with Kate and Meg making out.

The ending would play out fairly as is, but instead of patching things up, they would be absolutely over as friends.

I think it needed to be much more of a dark comedy.

Thoughts?

To add one more thing:

I read it as borderline subtextual in the movie, but I would make it explicit that Kate is sleeping with the principal. She also gets fired in my version, but uses the affair as blackmail to get her job back at the end.

I think that the only way to make this better would be to not have made it.
