My movie theater only played one trailer with the movie. It was the Spider-man: Far From Home trailer. After that it went right to the movie. I live in a small town too, although it's the biggest town in the area. A lot of people in the even smaller towns in a 30 to 50 mile radius come to my hometown to do all their shopping or even see a movie at the movie theater. So we don't get a lot of trailers before a movie. Usually it ranges anywhere between 1 to 3 trailers. Once or twice I saw 4 or 5 trailers to a movie. That was back in my high school days which was early to mid-2000's. One time there was a glitch in the previews and we had to sit through a trailer twice. I think the trailer might've been for a Saw movie. It was something I wasn't interested in. So it was a little bit of a torture to sit through the trailer twice. The movie I think I was seeing might've been 300. But yeah. Only got the Spider-Man trailer. I think they just did the one because of the runtime for Avengers. The showing I was at started at 9pm EST. It might've started somewhere between 9pm and 9:05pm. The end credits started rollingthough at 11:54pm. So I think the movie theater wanted to keep trailers/previews to a minimum. Surprised it didn't go straight to the movie. I've seen a few movies that had no trailers/previews.

None. Really weird experience. It was opening day and after a few adverts the movie just started. Really odd. Never seen that happen before.
