I guess Hulk could wear it (and WTF would he even think to use it for, I don't want to know!). Ant-Man could size himself properly to wear it.
But if someone smaller or larger wanted to use the gauntlet, could they even put it on? Does it have to fit your hand to function?
Could Rocket use it?

Here, the gauntlet was built to Thanos' specifications. I assume as long as you can clench your fist while wearing it and holding those gems doesn't kill you, you can use it.

That would be a "which came first" question basically, so I should ask that first. Were the stones and the gauntlet all created together to be one weapon, or were the stones first?
Ralph's response probably applies to this too, of course.
Originally, the gauntlet was just Thanos' glove tricked out to hold some gems (he first appeared in the 70's, long before the Infinity stuff). Current retcons have it that the gauntlet was made just for the purpose of holding them. Otherwise, there is no power in the glove itself.
