So how exactly was it Naomi's fault Madison died?

Alicia seemed convinced it was Namoi's fault Madison died, yet all she said was Naomi ran, but her running didn't cause Madison to sacrifice herself to save them. Madison was surrounded and made a choice, Namoi's actions had no bearing on the situation really.

The whole bit with Naomi didn't make any sense. It didn't make sense to me why Mel cared about her, either.

Yeah, I found this a bit odd. I was half watching and half looking at my phone but didn't think I'd missed anything serious. Just bad writing.

The whole finale doesn't hold up to scrutiny.

- How did they know that Naomi wasn't in the escaping caravan? On a good day without zombies you wouldn't be able to tell that from a distance.

- Naomi still has to escape out of the only entrance and exit from the stadium, how did nobody see her? Or follow up question, if she escaped out another way how did Madison get trapped?

- Did Alicia blame all of the people in the Caravan for Madison's death? Cause they were more of a cause then Naomi.

- They made some claim that Naomi stole a car, and made reference that the car was missing so they couldn't use it, but we never actually saw that in the recap, and I have no idea when it would have happened.

- Madison decides to monologue on a walkie-talkie instead of fighting/escaping. I refuse to believe that a stadium that they were all able to walk the walls as lookouts on, didn't have any higher ground that she could get to.

Anyway, I thought the story of the final was pretty bad, but I actually enjoyed this season more then I have the last couple. My only major gripe with the season as a whole, was the time jump, it isn't new, it doesn't add to the suspense, and if its done poorly it really takes away from the story.

Madison accepting death like that WHILST BACKED UP AGAINST A PERFECTLY CLIMBABLE CHAIN LINK FENCE really bugged me. Sure it's not the most comfortable thing in the world but I'll take messed up fingers over being zombie food any day.

If Alicia were to blame anyone shouldn't it have been Charlie? After all, she's the one that lied her way in to recon the stadium and report back to Mel (which they knew for a fact) then later shot and killed former drug addict and still general annoyance Nick but she got a free ride and fireside Kimchi noodles to boot! Even poor John Dorie didn't rate any fireside Kimchi noodles and he invented the whole camp-by-the-truck thing at the start of the season. But then again, the timeline was so convoluted by the last couple of episodes I had a tough time keeping up or caring. At least the showrunners continued with the time-honored FTWD theme of entire groups of survivors dying en masse while on Madison's watch.

And these people know they go through some dang zip-ties! What with multitude of custody changes even within a single scene they have to go through dozens of packs.
