They seem to have plenty of weapons at the stadium and more people than the pricks in the parking lot. Why wait there and let those jerks take all the food that is in the area and such. Don't sit there and wait until everyone is starving. Doesn't make sense to me.

Yeah. Seems the most sensible thing to do. Either wait and die. Run and probably die or fight and maybe die.
They could easily slot the main guy who seems to think he's untouchable. Keep a few people on over watch on the vantage points in the stadium, keeping the vultures pinned down with suppressing fire then send out a group to sweep the carpark taking out anyone cowering behind cover. Ideally have another team that slipped out of the stadium before hand to flank the vultures and take out any runners and help pin them down. I mean, they're in the middle of a carpark. No cover except for their vehicles. It would be pretty straightforward.
Strip supplies from the vultures and then go and dump their vehicles somewhere away from the stadium. They're clearly part of a larger group hence supply guy turning up with MREs so they don't want to leave evidence of a massacre for when their friends come looking.
Alternatively, the vultures are out in the open, completely un defendable if they were to get overrun from zombies. Have everyone in the stadium make a racket and draw all the zombies in the area. As the vultures are dealing with them, start sniping them. Like fish in a barrel.
They're bullies. I would not want to be part of such a group so joining would be out of the question.
