What Do Non-Christians Like To Do On December 25?

What do people who don't celebrate Christmas like to do on December 25 and the night before? What stays open those days?

Everyone knows most Chinese restaurants are open on December 25. I think a lot of Indian restaurants are open that day and so are some diners. Movie theaters stay open on December 25. Many years ago I went to a video arcade on December 25. Are there any arcades left? I once saw an off Broadway play and one year I went to Atlantic City. I don't dislike Christmas. It is just a holiday that I don't celebrate. And you are limited what you can do that day because many places are closed and many people celebrate the holiday.

I live in AZ and the weather is usually pretty nice on christmas. Therefore, I typically go golfing. Not all courses are open, but many are. Especially the nice resort courses, which makes sense. After that, I may go see a movie or I might hit one of the many casinos in the area.

There are typically plenty of things to do if you live in a big city. Lots of entertainment places will be open, but it is hard to find nice restaurants that are open. Fortunately, I can find food at the golf course, theater, and casino.

Well I'm from Trinidad and Tobago and most other religions also celebrate Christmas they don't like go church or anything religious but they would put up Christmas trees, cook plenty food and eat and drink the whole day and night and listen to soca parang (our local Christmas songs). In fact our country started into Christmas mode already, productivity decreasing and partying increasing it will be like that until January. The major holidays of different religions are generally celebrated my most of us regardless of our religion and that includes Hindu and Muslim holidays because most of us recognize that celebrating peace, light and family can never be a bad thing regardless of your religion or lack of a religion.

It's a crackup that people actually think Christmas is about Christ. There's a big laughing guy with a beard and reindeer that sort of took over anyone not into the original concept.

Christmas is about Christ to some people. I consider it a Christian holiday. It is just very commercialized.
