Question about how Hela was magically transported.... (SPOILER)

When Hela goes to those big halls in the mountains where the asgardians hide out, and Thor land in the great halls of Valhalla and sits on Odin’s throne... it seemed to me she was magically transported to the hall where Thor was sitting... seemed to me some scenes were missing?

Did I miss something?

No, you didn’t miss anything. I saw it the same way and it confused me for a second.

Assuming they didn’t delete a scene that showed Hela making her way to Thor, her suddenly appearing in Thor’s location was maybe how they simply intended it to be. For what purpose exactly? I’m guessing they saw it as a cool way to cut to the scene while lending some ambiguity to it. So with that in mind, I thought it was a neat “effect.”

Well, at least I am not crazy :)

I strikes me a bit odd though still, because first they arrive and see on their spaceship monitors that she is on her way to the hideout hall, and then Thor splits off going to the great halls alone.... and when he does they express concern that he does this because he cannot survive facing her alone or something..... but they just saw she was on her way to the hideout hall and so actually Thor went to a place she was not.... and they (Hulk and the Valkyri) went to the place she was.... a bit confusing.

Perhaps the explanation is that he can summon her once he is sitting in the throne and then this all makes sense... yet, I felt it was not explained...

When I saw it I was also confused. "wait... wasn't he heading to the palace... and Hella to the hideout...?"

But yes, as soon as he sits on the throne she is transported back to the Palace to his presence.
