How come her tattoo isn't on her chest like Danny, so crap.

Davos' tattoo is on his back. I'm guessing the transfer spell works as long as the tattoo is somewhere on the body. It doesn't have to be the chest.

It was more a "why don't we get to see her chest as well" comment than a technical plot point.
