Of the ones I've seen:

Logan - near perfect film, one of my favourites, my top in the superhero genre
Deadpool - breath of fresh air, original character (and a bit of a personal favourite of mine from comics)
X2 - the storyline was a bit better than X1, actors more comfortable in roles, and the lines are more blurred with who's "good" and "bad". Nightcrawler was awesome, too.
X-Men - the original had panache. I know Rogue isn't "really" like that, but her relationship with Wolverine (her idolizing/crushing on him and it's unrequited, but he feels kinda fatherly love there - it was good stuff).
First Class - Magneto: Nazi Hunter was a great sequence. It revived the franchise a bit, too.
Days of Future Past - I'm not a big fan of this film, generally (too many plot holes and bizarre character choices) but I have to give it points for the Quicksilver stuff and the groovy setting.
The Last Stand - Frankly, kinda boring.
Apocalypse - Boring AND bad. I hate that they squandered a good cast and setting and what should have been a super-interesting villain and just made it terrible. It's really bad.

I have no plans to watch either Wolverine spinoff film - heard mediocre things - or Dark Phoenix. I might check out Deadpool 2. I haven't even heard of the New Mutants, so I guess I'm a little out of touch.
