Dumb

The first fifteen minutes are written like a WB TV Show. The writer doesn't let us just see who the characters are, he makes sure to have it told because apparently the audience can't suss out that the Brother and Aunt are gay. You are told that Henry is a bad guy. That's annoying.

The initial killings are done well. It has tension. In the alternate scenario, there's no tension. They tried to add a twist but it makes little sense and fails to add tension.

The humor is flat. The acting quality varies. The story falls out of the supernatural logic into utter stupidity making the bad guy ineffectual.

Watch it if you want. But the good moments, like the bonding in the theater, are far and few between.

Also, do not watch this with someone who has epilepsy. They'll have a seizure from a lame death of a character added just to up the body count.
