I just finished first episode, and what they did to him was horrible. Pure sadism.
Otherwise, the first episode was brilliant. Can't wait to watch the rest of it. Murphy still hasn't showed up, but he's a narrator so I figure him and Pena will reunite at some point.

shareIt was really hard to tell until about the 5th episode because Peña speaks mostly Spanish but narrates in English without much of a Spanish accent.

Absolutely. Pedro Pascal proved that he can carry the series all by himself. I still missed Murphy though.

That's where I first noticed him. He is partially the reason I started watching Narcos in first place, cause he made an impression on me in GOT. I also liked Jorge this season very much, I wish it was possible to keep him in the 4th season, but that's unlikely to happen.
