.. Do all the episodes suck as badly and as profoundly as this one??

My wife and I loved the '80s TZ remakes (my wife's favorite is "A Message From Charity") so we're not people who wouldn't watch a reboot.

Going further, are there an in this series that pay at least some homage to the 60s or 80s versions?

I watched the first episode which sucked so I didn’t watch the rest.

Never watched it because i heard that season 1 was preachy woke pandering. But i also read that season 2 had improved.
