Plot hole in episode 7 (SPOILERS)
When Takeshi is talking to Reileen (his sister) he figures out that the reason she could not remember the ship exploding was because she must have been backed up before and accordingly that she was backed up to a version of herself prior to what occurred on the ship.
We are shown what transpired on the ship, and that her last words before the explosion was that "they gave her life". She repeats those words to Takeshi during the conversation and says that was the last thing she said before dying.
But if she was backed to a version of herself prior to those events on the ship, there would be no way for her to remember her last words.
Unless I missed something that seems like a glaring plot hole to me.
