Enough with the hate on Selena...

I don’t get why people are hating on Selena Gomez, I mean I think she has really come a long way in terms of transitioning from a Disney star. I can’t really think of any other Disney girl who has made a real career for themselves in the acting world after their Disney show was canceled, and hasn't turned bad.

Sure she’s not the best in terms of acting but this is her first action movie and I think she’ll learn a lot, and I hope she does well. At least she’s not all cocky about it like some other celebrities around her age.

She can't act. She is terrible but not as bad as Kristen Stewart. Now go cry in your Selena Gomez pillow case.

She is a horrible actress, that's why. This is IMDB, we are not some girl like you who lets her personality influence our opinion on her crap performances.

I never seen her before or knew of her before today and thought she was really wrong for the part. She might be good for childrens movies below the level of transformers.

Since I never heard or seen her before I could not have a bias except from seeing her the first time. But from what I saw, she dont know how to use a computer. Really a super hacker???? She aint no Neo for sure! Mabe the hate is because she took away quite a bit from the movie. Not that the movie was more than pathetic but heck there are a lot of b movies which had less and came out far better but just slightly better match for the scenes. The saying like a fish out of water...

I just love these post... stop hating this dude, stop hating that girl..

For the record I was extremely disappointed in this movie. Especially the dialogue and acting skills of Selena. Up to a point I stood up to walk away. It was only for Ethan to get me back in my seat.
So your comment about the fact she has come a long way says nothing. If you saw me in a movie, acting that bad you would get out of the theater. Despite the fact that my way has been longer since I am not a freaking loaded teen Disney star. So please tell me again why shouldn't we judge a girl on her work? It is the work I am watching. And because of her lack of skills as an actor I am annoyed while I went to see that movie to be entertained.

Yes, I do hope the best for her. But not on my screen until she gets some skills.

It's because she is an absolutely terrible actor.

And she's "not cocky about it"..............seriously? She dates Justin bieber who might be the most arrogant person on the face of the earth.
