It was probably shot. As for if it did or did not air anywhere I have no idea. Those in charge may have aired it somewhere. Or they may have decided not to air it at all.
The series wasn't picked up. It was like Mia Wallace's pilot episode. Vincent and Jules talk about it in Pulp Fiction.
