I just started episode 3 and I was expecting it to be really good based on "reputation" but it's not, yet anyway. Does it get better?
So far it's dragged out of a story in the "present" then flashback at the asylum, there's a killer, aliens and the devil....
I was never able to get past the first couple of episodes. Just seemed really dull to me.
shareI watched Season 1 about 2 months for the first time, never knew anything about the show or cared, but I gave it a shot...I loved it...watched the entire season in 3 days....
then started Season 2...I watched episodes 1 through 6 in about 3 days....Then My father went through some serious Medical Problems that called from me to care for him and be at the hospital alot....
Just Today, I started watching Season 2 where I left off....I ended up staying home the entire day and finished the whole series...
I LOVED Season 2...I want to say its even better than season 1, but I dont think I can....I think The characters and storylines are better, but I think Overall Season 1 is just slight better...
I Would highly HIGHLY recommend continue watching Season 2....it truly does go incredible places and Literally Ties up every storyline,character and Ark in the series...
well there are few things that dont 100% get cleared up or Perfectly exampled(The Aliens) but it is IMO So worth watching
I'm starting season 3 tonight, I hear season 3 is Weak...but at this point I'm hooked on this series and specifically the Actors that plays the roles in these series(Peter Evans has been Damn Incredible in the first 2 season) I had know idea he was this great of an actor...
Anyways for whoever reads this, any comments on Season 3? again I just starting it, would like to hear opinions
I finished Season 2, maybe 2 days after I posted. When season 2 was over, I thought it was pretty good. Then I watched Season1, thought that was good too.
Season 3 is the first of AHS that I ever watched. Mostly, because its focus is a Coven. I thought it was different, weird, & creative. If I've seen Season 1/2 before 3, maybe I would've enjoyed it more.
I think Season 4/Freakshow is one of the best seasons, but after that season I think things go downhill for AHS, just like the ratings.
Asylum - Season 2 was outstanding! My favorite of all. I love Murder House S1, too, and adore Coven S3.
S4 Freakshow was good but not as good as the prior ones. I COULD NOT get past the first two episodes of S5 Hotel, because of that freak GagGag. I skipped that season.
Since the goddess, Jessica Lange was no longer on the series, it really devolved.
Roanoke was pretty much a mess after about 5 eps. Cult was the poorest, IMO. Couldn't stand it.
I await the next season but I think it's probably time to wrap it up.
On a different note, I adored "Feud" about Joan Crawford and Bette Davis.
