Season 7

From the get-go, I thought the announcement about it being on the election was a misdirect from Murphy. I thought maybe it was so they could fake us out, and have it be something else. So we'd have another season shrouded in mystery, just handled differently, and that the premiere would reveal we'd been duped.

Hopefully because I really am not looking forward to an election based political season. We get enough of that everywhere else. I'll try and stay optimistic that the season ends up being good anyway so far we don't know much at all anyway.

reply

Agreed. Sounds like it being about the election wasn't for real though. My reaction was "Who wants to relive that for ten episodes a year later?"

reply

Is it really a fake out? Cause I WILL NOT be tuning in. I am sick of him screwing with us

I will definitely pass. Roanoke was AWFUL! Murphy speaks out his A$$ most of the time.

Yes very much with exception of Hotel which I could not watch after one episode. I do it like Gaga and would not watch . It stunk IMHO

Nah she ain't for me! I was glad she had only a minimal role in Roanoke .

I hear you. As soon as I saw the "reality show" intro with Lily Rabe speaking, I was COMPLETELY turned off!. I hated the premise. Ok I said, I will see what happens. I am always interested in the real history of the Roanoke settlers, though , I'm sure they were raided by natives and assimilated. But, anyway, I thought I'd give it a go. The first five episodes were OK, but then they devolved. I found NO interest in the black woman's story arc, but hung in there till the end. It was a terrible season.

reply

I agree. It showed promise, but fizzled out.
