bummer. I loved the characters! I really hope to see Miriam Shor (Cricket) on tv again, soon!

UGH! and it just got really juicy with that Pastor Tudor + Amanda kiss!! This reminds me of why I hate ABC, first they cancel Ugly Betty and now this one! :(

I was so happy with Pastor Tudor and Amanda kissed and now I am so pissed! I really liked the show, it was campy and it was fun to watch.

They keep shows that totally suck and cancel the one drama that made you really laugh even if it was cheesy. It was soapy fun!

Well, ABC/Disney has done it again: cancelled a well-written, bitingly funny, thought provoking series because none of those nimrods in the writing department has enough mind power between them to come up with a second season. Add GCB to the long list of ABC shows - Pushing Daisies, My So-Called Life, Vengence, Unlimited, et al - that should have gone further, but for lack of network vision. Idiots.

It's too bad ABC didn't give it another chance to see how it would do next season since with desperate housewives gone it would be on at an earlier time.

That really SUCKS!! I was planning on watching it tonight. Normally I would watch it OnDemand Mondays because it conflicted with other shows. But, liked having the chance of watching it that way.

Well, that's too bad. It was not a great show but it was entertaining, and a good way of ending the weekend on a lighthearted note before the workweek. Well, on to a new guilty pleasure...

This blows, ABC cancelled two of my favorite shows Pan Am and GCB. I love Amanda Vaughn she's my favorite character and Leslie Bibb is also one my favorite actresses. I hope a different network picks GCB up for next season, but for now I am glad I recorded every episode on DVD and will watch it all summer long.

I'm really bummed about this. I have no personal relation to the south nor religion, I just thought this was a greatly written comedy with a perfectly fit cast. It was so quirky that anything could happen for more seasons, I thought it was a decent takeover with the ending of Desperate Housewives. I was a Pan Am fan too! Anything unique gets cancelled, stuck with repetition shows like Scandal.
