Near the end during the final battle, you can hear the Amazing Stories theme song. I just loved that little touch.

Silvestri also added bits and pieces of the BTTF soundstrack. I'm pretty sure there are several auditorial references other than these.

There was so much shit going on it was hard to catch most of them. My favorite was the gundam vs mega Godzilla though.
