So Glad I Live In Florida Instead Of Alberta Canada

Is it ever sunny in the long Wintertime in Canada?? Cold, grim depressing Canada with endless gray overcast skies, dead trees everywhere, I couldn't take it--On the other hand, in the movie RV(2007), with Robin Williams, shows Alberta in the summer and its quite beautiful(see Last Of The Dogmen(1994) also)--I think Canada should sue the producers of this film for showing Alberta to be the most depressing and bleak place on the planet--which wasn't helped by the overly long and tediousness of the film, the director could have cut a whole hour off this excessively bleak movie--I'd rather see Death Hunt(1981) again, or even Man In The Wilderness(1971)

Here are the morning low temperatures for Calgary Alberta coming up next week:

December 6th: 10 degrees below zero

December 7th 11 degrees below zero

December 8th 10 degrees below zero

December 9th 2 degrees below zero

and in Florida low of 65 degrees, high of 75 degrees

Florida? Hmmm. I'd prefer cold & freezing than hideously hot & muggy where it's so sticky, your butt cheeks are glued shut 24/7, even after you take a shower. Also, nobody appreciates roaches the size of shoes walking about, mosquitoes sucking your blood as soon as you step foot outside and hostile New Yorkers everywhere you turn. Not to mention ugly strip shopping centers, apartments, tract housing and traffic for all the eye to see. No thanks!

Well hey... I’m afraid that’s your problem. LOL

Sir Patton Oswalt’s take on Florida -- accurate AF.

Hot, humid, flat, swampy Florida, with giant dinosaurs crawling around who want to eat you. Ugh.

Florida? Flat, humid, swampy. Sounds delightful.

Low taxes and lots of freedom makes up for it imo. I've lived in NY most of my life and see much of FL as a getaway from political bullshit. I wouldn't mind the heat and insane humidity if I had a decent house and position there..
