Which Did You like better? This or Silver Lining Play book, your age?

Which Did You like better? This or Silver Lining Play book, and what is your age?

I feel that SLP was probly ten times better, and was much deeper and less pretensions, I LOVED perks of being a wall flower, but it was pretentious at times especially the scene where logan or ema are hanging out from the top of the car when it goes into the bridge, but pretinsiouness is not bad all the time and I really liked the movie, I would give "Perks" a A- and SLP a A+. Which did you think was better? Iv'e noticed the younger generation likes "perks" better(which is wierd cause i am the youger generation, im 15), some of my friends though SLP was stupid and thought perks was amazing, Here are my movie suggestions for 2012-

The Perks of being a wallflower was #1 movie of last year (92 movies watched)
Silver linings playbook was my #4 movie of last year.

So I Loved both films, but Perks is elevated to one of my favorites of all-time.

I loved silver linings playbook than any other movie I've ever seen. It's actually my number 1 of all time. The godfather close behind. I also LOVED perks if being a wallflower. How this movie didn't get any oscar buzz and how it isn't in the top 250?? Beats me.

It was on the Top 250 for a time...

It's all buisness and hollywood politics . So many great movies do not get the notoriety because of distribution. There a tons of movies made every yr. And for many reasons got atten when they should not have...all about the $$$. Think of the many previews you have seen where the trailer was better than the actual movie.

I honestly loved both equally. I haven't read the book of Silver Linings yet, though, and I have read Perks, I bought and read it about two days before seeing the movie. Also, I'm 26.

I think I connected better with Perks and than SLP, maybe because SLP has to do with a specific mental illness in bipolar disorder while Perks was a little broader in terms of its subject matter. Although Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lawrence were amazing, I was moved Logan's performance as Charlie the most. I'm a 22 year old female.

I am a 23 year old female, and my answer is Thd Perks Of Being A Wallflower.

When I saw SLP, I really liked it, but after reflection I think it is quite overrated.

Meanwhile, I adore pretty much everything about Perks- the acting, most of the characters, the music, and it was heartwarming and heartbreaking at the same time.

I liked The perks of being a wallflower a lot more. I think I related more to it. However silver linings playbook was very good. The perks of being a wallflower was my #1 of 2012, #5 of all time, Silver linings playbook was #3. I am a 22 year old male.

Having seen both movies and read neither book, I can't say as I would rate one over the other.

They speak to different periods in a person's life, and thus impact a viewer differently based on where they are in their own life.

Frankly I could relate to both movies as experiences from past times in my life.

I'm 42.

I liked Silver Linings Playbook better. At first I loved Perks but after reading the book and watching it again it was good, but not as good.
