For some reason I thought Rosita was with Father Milkeye and he was the father of the baby. Was it really Sayid who she was with and the proud papa? I must have tuned out some side plot.

Also, I absolutely never trusted the other doctor guy. Mostly because he looks just like the snaky douche from Die Hard. The "I can give 'em to ya" guy. Ellis was his name I think.

Siddiq was the father, but they only had a short time thing. When she found out she was pregnant, she was already with Gabriel. At some point they decided they would all be involved in raising the baby.

Yep. They were gonna do a "3 men and a baby" when Rosita died, but Dante had to go and fuck it up.
