I noticed by the time Rick and Michonne found her, she was able to speak normally. Sorta like "King" Ezekiel, it was some kind of performance art, and the scavenging they did to bring in all that junk also helped them find the things they needed to survive. Curious to see what future is in store for her now.

I thought they were going somewhere very interesting with the location of the dump. First the comment 'what was this place before? The helipad, the solar panels?' Then Jadis searching through the stuff eventually finding some applesauce. I thought she was going to reveal some access door to a bunker or something. I mean, it's a perfect cover to stop people from sniffing around a secret bunker. Make it look like a dump. Everyone act like nutters and keep outsiders away.
I guess the solar panel comment was just sloppy exposition at justifying the ability to power the crusher which would obviously not be able to run off solar panels unless there was a proper solar farm which I very much doubt.
