Haven't seen it yet but it seems like they want to have their cake and eat it too.They want to portray Michael as human but they also want him to take massive amounts of damage and unrealistically get and walk around like nothing happened.
shareIf this movie is a continuation from the original ('78) film....they established in that film that he had otherworldly power of some sort. Stabbed in the eye....shot several times....falls from a 2-story balcony, etc.
shareWell Laurie Falls from a two story he well and survives. He was stabbed in the eye but it's hard to see if it was superficial or permanent in the original film. But unless his fingers were bent upwards in Pain. It look like his hand in this film is lost a couple of digits.
