Season 9 so far

I'm a little torn. I prefer the setting to season 8, but not much has improved, and I'm really trying to like this season after 3 episodes. Archer seems to be, has to be in a coma still, and season 10 will end with him dying or resuming the far funnier adventures.

The premiere clicked, or maybe I was just glad to see a new episodes after rewatching seasons 1-4 ja 6 so many times. 5 and 8 are okay at best, 7 was better for me but still lacking a bit.

This seems to be heading to specialist setting with less actual jokes or satire. The show has permanently changed, and I'm not sure I like the direction its heading. This is just more of seasons 5, 7 and 8, more drama, fewer jokes.

I'll still watch, this is not a post out of bitterness, it's still interesting, even if it's not 2 jokes or gags a minute as it used to be. With this more dramatic turn I just won't mind as much after the end of the show coming next season.
