Eddie's Mom
Was Eddie's mom trying to protect him from IT/Pennywise or was she just being a "smother"?
shareShe was a controlling mother. Stephen King seems to have this type of relationship in a few of his novels or in Stephen King related movies. There is a mom just like Eddie's mom in the Rose Red miniseries. Can't really think of another example immediately, but I'm sure there are 2-3 more examples.

shareActually take that back beverlys dad was an all out creep and more so in the novel. Her dad and eddies mom were the two prominent parents in terms of their characters from the book.
