Do the FBI hire 17 year olds?

Low-level FBI agent, Peter Sutherland, Gabriel Basso, is very believable! Junior G man.

He looks very young but I think this like 19 or 20. Many senior FBI agenes at that age. In the Gary Man the director of age CIA is 29.

He's 28 and doesn't look younger.
