This had to be the bloodiest, goriest film I've ever seen. I have to give the makers of this film credit for their imagination!
Not sure why it's titled The Sadness. If anything, the virus makes people extremely sadistic and giddy, not sad.
I liked it yet I didn't, if one can understand that. If you're really into gore, you'll LOVE this movie!
Well, I believe it’s cause The Sadness due to what the virologist stated at the hospital. The virus has complete sexually enraged the infected people, however they are still fully aware of what they are doing. Even if feeling guilty or sad, they cannot control their urges when infected. Hence the tears that fall from some of their faces.
