Are these cartoons? Because I really haven't wanted to watch cartoons since I like, grew up and stuff.

Same, but Rebels is special.

Some nice folks on youtube have put together videos condensing all the history down in little five minute videos. Information which easily could have been integrated into this series.

It's a good video, but they don't mention how Ezra and Thrawn ended up in another galaxy, by way of Purrgil.

Cartoons ? No. 3D Animated? Yes.

Clone Wars was entertaining, but sometimes slow.

Rebels starts very child-like, but it quickly changes tone after a few episodes.

Rebels is quite arguably the best SW show ever made.

Not unreasonable, as everything Star Wars is for children anyway.
