Here I am and here's my thoughts:

* OLIVIA will RAT OUT PAULA ... tell her parents and/or the COPS she suspects she got her boyfriend to STEAL from her family (because we also already know OLIVIA can't stand it whenever PAULA has something and she DOES NOT).

* Then PAULA will tell the COPS about the DRUGS that OLIVIA had, and TESTIFY for ARMOND after he's FIRED from his job because of SHANE.

* And RACHEL will also take the side of ARMOND, and TESTIFY against SHANE and the way that he behaved towards ARMOND.

* And an EXPENSIVE ATTORNEY will also see to it that KAI gets his land back again (which the WHITE LOTUS is also sitting upon). Which probably also means ARMOND will be HIRED back again by KAI (the NEW OWNER).

* ALSO NOTE the way MY PREDICTION about QUINN choosing to STAY there when his family GOES HOME has also already turned out to be CORRECT (because we also hear him saying that in the PREVIEW CLIP for NEXT WEEK).

Her stuff is unreadable. You should see her witlessness on the "Allen V. Farrow" board. I personally think she works for HBOMAX by hyping their shows on movie sites like these. She is a lousy writer.

Message boards are places for CONVERSATIONS to take place, hence the reason why one isn't obligated to follow any kind of PROFESSIONAL WRITING requirements that one needs for PUBLISHING something.

And I also don't WORK for HBO and NEVER HAVE, and since this also isn't a CLASSROOM setting (where one is expected to write an ESSAY or a TERM PAPER and be GRADED), there's absolutely NO REASON why one needs to WRITE like they are a PRO.

And even EMILY DICKINSON didn't WRITE "the right way" whenever she wrote her poems -- as you can also see from this example:

Never in the history of discussion boards has it been acceptable to type the way you do with the random caps locks. It's an unwritten rule, much like how you don't have normal written discussions with people in all caps. Your writing style reeks of attention seeking and you'll never be taken seriously because of it. You come off as a smelly pants shitting R word. We live in a society FFS.

Why are you typing things randomly in all capital letters?

Here is my prediction:

Armaund will be fired, or will overdose, but he won't die. This however will be the catalyst that sends Rachel over the edge.

Paula is the one who will die. Kai will be arrested and his brothers, or whoever it is from the resort he works with, will get their revenge once they discover Paula's involvement.

Armaund's overdose will likely have something to do with Paula's death--he wasn't there to protect her, or he didn't warn the family she was staying with that she was involved and being targeted for revenge. Shane does experience something of an epiphany when Paula is killed and Armund wasn't there to protect/warn her, and Rachel, upon discovering this, has left her.

It makes sense and is in keeping with White's themes that it is those who aren't white and privileged have the most to lose.

Testify...as in court? There's only one more episode left. You mean she spills everything to the cops?

How on earth would Kai hiring an "expensive attorney" (with stolen money????) get "his" land back in one episode? That would take years and would likely fall under eminent domain and/or settle out of court, if not be thrown out...

Quinn is a minor. Not likely he will be allowed to stay. I suppose he could run away, but he no more belongs there on that island as does Paula. I guess if he ran away and stayed with the tribe that's training to sail to K, but that's not incredibly realistic. Nicole wouldn't allow it.

I don't see Olivia ratting Paula out. I see her trying to get the bracelets back so she can sell them herself.

I can also see Quinn somehow getting the bracelets back (through Paula? Through Kai?) and dumping them into the ocean.

Not in court, but give TESTIMONY to the COPS who were there to INVESTIGATE the ROBBERY.

KAI previously told PAULA that his family had been FIGHTING to get their land back for many years. If he can hire a good enough lawyer, perhaps they could also FAST TRACK the case that's been DRAGGING on for so long???

If it was a case of EMINENT DOMAIN, you'd also not expect THE WHITE LOTUS to have been BUILT there upon it.

In FACT that might also be how KAI gets his land back (proof that the government didn't really NEED the land).

Actually I heard them say he was OLDER than OLIVIA and was a SENIOR in COLLEGE (whereas she's still a SOPHOMORE). IF that's the case (and he's not a SENIOR in HIGH SCHOOL), then he'd be OLD enough to stay and there'd be nothing they could do about it.

You're probably also right about OLIVIA wanting the LOOT so she could SELL it and get MORE DRUGS to abuse.

QUINN may also agree to GO HOME again IF his parents agree NOT to press charges against KAI.

And then we might also see him DUMP the LOOT into the SEA (maybe FLUSH it out of the AIRPLANE restroom on the way home)???

Thank you for actually TALKING ABOUT the SHOW (instead of about someone who ISN'T even in it)!!!

Eye ISSUES is one reason ... there are also other reasons as well ...

WONDERFUL OBSERVATION regarding ARMOND and how an OD would effect Rachel.

Interesting theory about the death of PAULA, but somehow one can't see the NATIVES who took QUINN for the CANOE ride being like that.

I'm still also hoping something happens to SHANE that will EVEN the SCORE for the HORRIBLE way that's he's MISTREATED ARMOND.

And since he never cared about PAULA, it would also need to be something more than HER death to shake him up.

Imo, The only person that he'd probably care about if they DIED would be HIS MOTHER.

So perhaps something happens to her at the other SPA where she was going to spend time with her friend???

Quinn is a teenager, I think 15 or 16. His mother says so in the episode about him sleeping on the beach.

I'm sorry, your random capitalization is too distracting. I keep reading it to myself with emphasis and it's off-putting. You probably have some great ideas here but the presentation is far too distracting. The ability of poetry to soar above these distractions is hard work and talent. Random all-caps are used in propaganda and by people with mental issues--to appeal to others with mental issues. I just can't process it.

If you can post in a way that's not so distracting I'm happy to read and reply.

I have come into contact with Kowalski in the past but have had him on my ignore list for awhile. His penchant for using all-caps is obnoxious, and I wasn't wild about his ideas either.

I have another prediction: Armond will be fired, Kai will be named in the robbery but disappears, (kai was likely working the shift Dillon was supposed to be working, this may or may not come to light), and Armond is determined to get revenge on Shane. He will be in the process of harming Shane when Belinda steps in and takes the blow (or shot, orwhathaveyou) (remember the scene when Shane and Belina walked on Armond in his office? Belinda dies, and they are transporting her body back to the States because Belinda's son, who she called in episode 2, lives there, or lives on Honolulu. This also makes sense as in the opening credits when the actresse's name who plays B comes up the picture starts to bleed.

No offense, but your PREDICTION or your theory that BELINDA DIES really SUCKS BIGTIME.

Because After all of the HELL that she's been put through -- by kissing the BUTT of TANYA -- who PROMISES to FUND her BUSINESS for her -- (and may also not have ever had any intention of doing so) -- POETIC JUSTICE demands that it should be TANYA who DIES (not BELINDA).

And since we also have a PM SYSTEM here where you can AIR any GRIEVANCE that you have in PRIVATE, the FACT that you CHOSE to EXPRESS your "VERY RUDE" and "UNASKED FOR OPINION" of my POSTING STYLE here in PUBLIC also TELLS US all that we need to know ABOUT YOU (which is you're basically just another TROLL who's MO is to ATTACK other POSTERS rather than DISCUSS the SHOW).

But since your IDEAS (which seemed promising at first), have also gotten PROGRESSIVELY WORSE, one also no longer has an interest in reading anything else that you have to say about the show anyhow.

so it's definitely Belinda who dies. Here's why I think that's what happened: In episode 3, she calls her son who is "off to class" (at U of Hawaii in Honolulu). They have a brief back-and -forth and she hangs up and finds Armond in the car who she thinks "is dead". She is also the one standing in between Armond and Shane when they walk in Armond and Dillion in Armond's office. So she is tied into that whole battle. She is the only one who notices when anyone is in trouble, and she is the "healing force". My prediction is that she walks in on /comes between Armond attempting to kill Shane, and takes the blow or the bullet. Armond, realizing he shot Belinda, and probably high off his rocker, turns the gun on himself.
Rachel leaves Shane, and this explains exeverything. 1. Why Rachel isn't at the airport with Shane. 2. Why Shane isn't in police custody (he didn't kill anyone). 3. Why he isn't being detained for any court action (Armond is dead). 4. Why Shane is so upset as he stares out at the human remains being loaded onto the plane. He knows he is responsible for the death of a mom 5. headed back to her son in Honolulu (where she is likely from) for burial.

No one is arrested, no one at the airport talks about any police case. My guess is Kai returns the bracelets to the Mossbacher family, and they decide not to press any charges (they got a free stay, after all) but Quinn gets a hold of them and drops them in the ocean. And Paula returns back to the states. No Quinn is not older than Olivia--he is the youngest in the family and still in high school. It's not out of the realm of possibility that Quinn would stay but highly unlikely.

The opening credits have Shane's character as a chameleon changing his colors and Belinda bleeding out. This is why I think this makes sense (I'm also familiar with Mike White's work).

A post like this in rando block letters and in boldface is highly inappropriate and will be reported.
