Did it flop or did it fare well

Flopped in the US... I doubt it will make over 60-75 million domestic.

Internationally it is likely to make a decent amount of money, so a sequel could happen, but it's not guaranteed.

Even if it does well, I don't think there will be any sequel. Audience want more superhero movies, not live-action animes.
