So the director of this is the guy who raped Luke Skywalker

I hated "The Last Jedi" and it was because of how Rian Johnson wrote and directed it. He wanted to "subvert expectations" but you do not do that in the 8th chapter of a 9 chapter story.

However, when you create your own story in the mystery genre and want to "subvert expectations" for the mystery film that is fine. "Knives Out" is one of my favorite films of all time and I recommend it highly. "Glass Onion" is a good follow up to it but is not as great as "Knives Out"

Do not let your justified hatred of The Last Jedi prevent you from watching "Knives Out". Then if you do like "Knives Out" I would recommend you watch "Glass Onion"

No shark jumping in RJ's second film in his own overrated Knives Out trilogy - I don't see him absolutely destroying the franchise as he did for Star Wars franchise. Where is the disparaging milking scene in this? Also I don't get why destroying the Mona Lisa is remotely clever or entertaining.
