Looks wise he fits the part of a dangerous criminal. But as soon as he opens his mouth the illusion is broken. He sounds like a monotone and whiny wimp. He should've learned how to copy the way his dad speaks.

Scott Eastwood is not very good in anything. I felt he was terrible miscast in this and I agree on the voice. I like Josh Hartnett but also he did subpar work.
How've the film is very good. I like it.

The only movie i thought Scott Eastwood was ok in was the romantic comedy I Want You Back and that's only because his whiny monotone voice fit the character rather than being a distraction from it

Look wise I thought he nailed it. He had a great presence, but yeah his voice was just all wrong... he should have gone for gruff and nonchalant. As the deleted user posted, he should have copied his dad's inflections.

Probably the only part of this movie I didn't like. Honestly, I don't think he's a great actor either. I've seen him a few times now, and he always comes off super uninteresting.
