That's the name of the movie that stars Jack Nicholson and Marlon Brando that the doctor was obsessing about before he went mad.

Thank you! I knew it existed but just couldn't remember the name. I've been trying to come up with it without Googling it.

Yeah I don't remember much about it, I think Brando's character was supposed to be a cross-dresser or something. Is it a favorite of Shyamalans?
