Not that bad, and Megan Fox is criminally underrated

Not quite sure what it is, but she's universally slaughtered for absoloutely no reason, and it's starting to get on my tits.

Don't care what she's like as a person or how incredibly beautiful she is, her acting is no way near as bad as some make out.

The film itself was fairly decent though. I didn't go in expecting something brilliant, in fact I was expecting to be bored off my arse as soon as it started, but it grew on me. Better than Ghost Rider, Spiderman 3 and a whole host of comic book adaptations IMO. The score purely went down i'm guessing just because Megan Fox was in it.

You’ll go “and 10 year olds would want you?”. No, of course they wouldn’t. But they ain’t annoying cocky human beings either.

Have you been around any 10 year olds recently? They are cocky and annoying as hell! I think you have romanticised children so much in your head that they seem like sweet little angels to you. Don't you remember being bullied by children? They ain't changed much except maybe gotten worse. I am shaking my head over your statement.

There are cocky and annoying children, but then I'd rather blame their parents for doing a bad job at teaching their kids some good manners. Are you saying all 10 year old children, boys and girls, are all annoying cocky ankle biters.

No, not all, just like not all women are only looking for a perfect man. Most women want to be loved, and if that source of love can provide for them and is handsome that is a bonus. But in the end, you lose your looks and money can be fleeting and it is what is inside of a person's soul and heart that matters.

I think that children are growing up way to fast and have become worldly in ways that are not good for their development. This has added to their cynical outlook on the world and has increased bullying. Children are indeed a product of their parents and there are far to many "children" raising children these days. That is one of the reasons that so many 10 years olds are cocky. But another thing is that children simply think that they are invinceable.

Don't you (Kevinology) have anything better to do then stalk someone over the internet?

Oh, and for the record, Megan Fox can't act her way out of a paper bag.

I have seen worse movies, The Hunger Games for example.

reply

Difference between Hunger Games and Jonah Hex is that Hunger Games was well liked by millions. Jonah Hex, was liked by like 5 people. 4 not counting you...

reply

Six, I liked it quite a bit, including the metallic score.

@Karnivore....

Megan Fox is "criminally underrated"? Name one single, solitary movie where her acting was good. I'm not even talking about fantastic. I'm talking about simply good. Wearing tight jeans and looking pretty isn't good acting. The only movie she was decent in was "Jennifer's Body" and the reason for that is.....she played a raving bitch. Which I think is pretty well like playing herself.

As for her personality, no it doesn't affect her acting (and I use the word acting very loosely here). But it does effect people's perception of her as they watch her. If I can't stand some one, I don't want to watch them in a movie. Thus, having a complete *beep* attitude DOES affect her films.

reply

I'm sure you've only seen two of her movies.

First time I've seen Megan Fox in a film - not sure how I managed that. But thought she was good and it's a pity she had so little time on screen. The film itself is OK, nothing special but not terrible either.

reply

I actually think she did a pretty good job in this film and I didn't care for the film as a whole that much.
