Disney Executive Blames The Marvels' Disastrous Box Office Run On Sexist Fans

According to an unnamed Disney executive, "The Marvels" performed poorly in the box office because some fans don't want to see films that empower women.

I don't think female empowerment had anything to do with why it failed. It was poorly written, not exciting or fun enough and got mixed reviews. People are going to the movies less and are getting tired of superhero movies.

It was only a matter of time before they trotted that out! 😂 😂 😂

Disney makes shit movie. Disney blames public for not liking shit movies?

Cue the sarcasm

Oh yeah, I'm sure it had nothing to do with the bad writing (including stealing part of the plot of Spaceballs and the horrendously clumsy terraforming by magic), the bad acting, the screamingly obvious virtue-signaling, two unlikeable actresses, and almost no real men to speak of.

The customers who complained and/or refused to go see it in the theaters are totally to blame!
