Why was "the organization" keeping her prisoner for 5 years if after all that she was actually on Trigon's side???
and why did she give up Rachel to Melissa who clearly was into Christianity and not Trigon worship?
It's lie the writers just up and changed her whole character in the last episodes with no explanation.
Maybe they brainwashed her at the organization.
Or maybe the organization was trying to stop Rachel and Trigon, and Rachel's mom was only trying to protect Rachel, but still loved her some Mr. Trigon.
Or how ze all powerful dad got defeated so easily
shareFeeling I got was that she was the mother and loyal to Trigon, but that the power structure of the organization did not want her in control of it. So they were all good little cultists but disagreeing about HOW to be the best little cultists. Though there was never any hint about what the internal conflict was.
And I think that Melissa STOLE the baby to give it/Rachel a chance to NOT be evil.
