For me it looks OK film and I have seen lot of movies. It has a 70 mil. budget and usually half of the budget goes for marketing the film so here we come to 35 mil. insted of 70 mil. And for me it looks pretty neat for that budget.

That's not how it works. A film has a production budget. That's pre production(story, casting, concept art, etc.), filming, and post production(editing, effects, etc.). The marketing costs are completely separate from that. Production budget is not all inclusive.
So for example, a big budget blockbuster has $200 mill production cost. Those tentpole flicks typically have around $50-100 mill marketing budget. So total cost is in the $250-300 mill range.
