Movie was nice until...
They went into the whole nazy/white supremacy rambling about race thing to the black woman.
It was completely unnecessary to the film.
Thats true it served no purpose had no impact on the story at all.

It was unnecessary, I agree with that. However the scene was quite short and didn’t have much of an impact on the rest of the film.
I just took it as information to show that Dominick was completely delusional. Throughout the film we think that this key actually leads to something of great value or worth. This is the point where we see it’s probably just some old book or a notepad with doodles.
That being said, I don’t really understand why that was a turning point in the movie for you. Why did this superfluous dialogue trigger you to deem this movie as no longer nice?
I enjoyed the movie, revenge killings, bring it. But home invasion random house, the key wasnt explained. I read on reddit, a good explanation of the key.
