Watched all seven episodes and while it's all right, why so much hype? Pretty predictable and nothing special about it that hasn't been seen before. Was there nothing else worthwhile on Netflix when it came out? This doesn't deserve to be in the top rankings of IMDb.

shareYeah, I thought it was entertaining, but nothing spectacular.
But in retrospect...this was so big, so popular across so many different types of viewers...it makes sense that it's a bit, basic. Good miniseries. Few flaws. But it stopped short of being great because it tackled its themes on such a surface level.
It's very confronting.
How incredibly lucky i am to have grown up in Australia.
