How did T kill T?

I get Marcella. Tyrion sent her to Dorne so in Cersei's mind, he bears ultimate responsibility for her death. But how, by any stretch of the imagination, is Tyrion responsible for the death of Tommen?

Like Cersei said about leaving the family vulnerable and powerless after killing Tywin, or along those lines, I think she's lumping Tommen's death into that to make him feel extra guilty. As an eventual repercussion of his actions.

Basically yes, Tywin was ruthless and feared - the High Sparrow and his followers would have been executed (or just quietly killed off) long before they became a threat. Everything that happened, including Cersei's humiliation and the death of both her sons, was a domino chain that started with her father's death. Of course we don't really know that Joffrey would've been okay. He was pretty much destined to self-destruct. But Tommen would probably be alive and Cersei would never have been imprisoned or marched through the streets. Cersei realizes Tywin didn't really leave Tyrion much of a choice, knows at some level that she's not being entirely reasonable, but even so she's never going to forgive him.

That scene showed the last bit of reason Cersei had left. Without Jaime there, she'll go off the deep end.
