For me it ended at the last episode of Season 4

"He won" - could have been a nice ending. I think they stretched it a bit too far in the last Season. Walt's develeopement from 4th to 5th season is a bit extreme for my taste. ON the other hand: They titled the show breaking bad - so what else could have been the ending then...

That would have been a cool ending to the series. Although I can see why it ends the way it does in season 5.

It would be unresolved if it just ended in season 4. I'm currently watching season 5 and it is the best one imo
