First of all he never should have ratted to the DEA like a pussy and secondly he shouldn't have tried to escape. Todd gave him fair warning, Jesse knew what the consequences would be if he tried to escape and he did it anyways. Jesse is a rat and rats are the lowest form of scum on the face of the Earth.
shareYes he was a rat, but I think he went through enough suffering and personal torment to pay for his long string of poor choices in life (everything from getting into the drug business in the first place to ratting on his partner).
That said, even if you think that Jesse deserved to watch a woman he cared about die, you would hopefully agree at least that she, the poor girl, did not deserve to die. Also, her poor innocent son did not deserve to lose his mom at such a young age (and probably be the one to discover her dead body on the porch in the morning).

Yes I do agree, Andrea didn't deserve it and unfortunately that is all on Jesse. If Jesse hadn't tried to escape then Todd would never have had any reason to teach him a lesson. I actually don't think he suffered enough, someone needed to make an example out of him and show the rest of the world what happens to snitches.
I'd like to think that when Brock grew up he got his revenge against Jesse for taking his mother away from him.

Whatever. Andrea was by far the worst character on the show, and she only served to drag down Jesse as well as the progressing story. When did him a huge favor by letting her die. I honestly jumped up and cheered when that trollop went into her death rattles.
